These terms are between you and VietHoang ("we"), a net agency reachable at hi@viethoang.us. They cover the viethoang.us website and Ledger, our Google Ads operations app, which runs under the viethoang.us domain. By using either, you agree to them. How we handle data is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Work we do for clients — websites, campaigns, affiliate or SEO engagements — is governed by the agreement for that project, not by this page.
1. The website
You may read, link to and share anything on viethoang.us. The text, design, logo and 3D illustrations are ours; please do not republish them as your own or use the VietHoang name or mark to suggest we endorse something we do not. The site is provided as is, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
2. Ledger
Ledger is a dashboard for running Google Ads accounts. You sign in with a Google account, connect your own Google Ads manager account, and Ledger shows your accounts, campaigns and performance and lets you make a defined set of changes from there. Ledger is in early access: features will change, and some may be added or removed without notice.
2.1 Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the right to access and manage every Google Ads account you connect — as its owner, or with the owner's authorisation.
- You must comply with Google Ads' terms and policies for anything you do through Ledger. Ledger is a tool; Google's rules for your account still apply.
2.2 Your account
Your workspace is tied to the Google account you sign in with. Keep that account secure; everything done in your workspace while you are signed in is taken to be done by you. One Google account is one workspace, and workspaces are not shared.
2.3 Changes to your Google Ads accounts
Ledger changes your campaigns, budgets and bids only when you ask it to, and records every change in an audit log you can read. You are responsible for reviewing what you ask for. Advertising spend, campaign results and anything else that follows from a change you make through Ledger are yours, not ours, and are subject to Google's own terms and billing.
2.4 Acceptable use
Do not:
- connect accounts you are not entitled to manage, or use Ledger to look at anyone else's data;
- resell, sublicense or offer Ledger's access to the Google Ads API to third parties, or use Ledger as a way to call that API on someone else's behalf;
- probe, scrape, overload or try to break Ledger, its API or the separation between workspaces;
- store in the vault any credential or card you do not have the right to hold;
- use Ledger for anything unlawful or against Google's policies.
2.5 Your data
Your Google Ads data, and anything you add to Ledger, stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you and carry out what you ask — nothing more. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or train models on it. The details, and how to have everything deleted, are in the privacy policy.
2.6 Availability
We work to keep Ledger up, but during early access we make no promise about uptime, and there is no service-level agreement. Ledger depends on Google's APIs; Google's quotas, outages and policy decisions can slow or interrupt it. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
2.7 Fees
Ledger is not charged for during early access. If we introduce a price, we will publish it and ask you to agree before anything is charged.
2.8 Ending things
You can stop at any time: withdraw Ledger's permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or Google's policies, or that we must close to comply with a request from Google or the law, and we may discontinue Ledger altogether with reasonable notice. Sections 2.3, 3 and 4 survive the end of these terms.
3. Disclaimer and limits of liability
Ledger and the website are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of the data shown, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or lost advertising spend arising from your use of Ledger or the website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Ledger in the twelve months before the claim — which, while Ledger is free, is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where VietHoang operates from. If something goes wrong, write to us first; we would rather fix it than argue about it. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way goes to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the law where you live gives you a right we cannot take away.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we update the date at the top and tell Ledger users in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ledger after that is agreement to the new terms.
